    Edukador at kauna-unahang rehistradong arkitekto. Ipinanganak sa Maynila, Disyembre 21, 1888. Nag-aral sa Ateneo de Manila at Liceo de Manila. Nagtapos sa Sekondaryang Edukasyon sa Boones Preparatory School sa Berkeley, California, 1907. Nagkamit ng titulong Batsilyer sa Arkitektura, Cornell University, 1911. Nagsimula bilang Draftsman, 1912-1913 at pagkaraan naging tagapamahalang arkitekto, 1917-1928 sa kawanihan ng gawaing bayan. Namahala sa pagpapatayo ng ilang gusaling pampamahalaan. Nagtatag ng Mapua Institute of Technology, Enero 1925. Ka-tagapagtatag at isa sa mga naging pangulo ng Philippine Institute of Architects. Isa rin sa mga konsehal ng Maynila. Tumanggap ng gintong medalya bilang papuri at katibayan sa parangal mula sa Philippine Institute of Architects at parangal pangkalinangan sa arkitektura ng Lungsod ng Maynila, 1964.     Educator and first registered architect. Born in Manila, December 21, 1888. Studied in Ateneo de Manila and Liceo de Manila. Completed Secondary Education at Boones Preparatory School in Berkeley, California, 1907. Obtained degree of bachelor in architecture, Cornell university, 1911. Started as draftsman, 1912-1913 and then became supervising architect, 1917-1928 at bureau of public works. Supervised construction of several government buildings, established Mapua institute of technology, enero 1925. Co-founder and one of the Presidents of the Philippine Institute of Architects. Also one of the first councilors of manila awarded a gold medal of honor and a certificate of recognition by the Philippine Institute of Architects and cultural award in architecture by the City of Manila, 1964. Died, December 22, 1965. (English)
