Use as a conservation state[edit]
I went to get a list of conservation state (Q55553838) and got lots of actual sites because ruins was considered a conservation state. We also have ruinous (Q56557159) with alias ruinous which is a conservation state. I would argue that we should make the distinction clear by removing conservation state (Q55553838) from here and making 'ruinous' the main label there. Is this a clear distinction in other languages?
