Motivations
[edit]Because the question of what motivates participants in this phenomenon is a fraught one - a) there are statements in reliable sources to the effect that the participants' motivations are socially unacceptable and politically extreme, b) the participants themselves deny that they have those motivations, and c) if those were in fact their motivations, then it is highly plausible that they would lie - it would be best if we not make any definitive statements as to what their motivation is or is not.
