A clog (English), sabot (Français / French) and Klomp (Nederlands / Dutch) are all the same. Even photographs of Dutch 'klompen' are shown on the French 'sabot (chaussure)' page. Why can't they be merged? I mean, the Dutch won't call their klompen clogs unless they speak to an English person and don't know the Englisch verb. The same goes for the English and the French. So why keep different pages, while clogs can be correctly translated? See all the translated pages of the same (partly and whole) wooden shoes! – The preceding unsigned comment was added by C Denninger (talk • contribs) at 2 September 2015 (UTC).
