Label in Chinese

Hi,

Based on mw:Wikibase/zh (translated by Winston Sung) and after a discussion on the Wikidata Telegram group, I chose the label "維基資料庫" in Chinese. There was other suggestions (like 维基库 - possiby confusing with 维基文库? -, 维基地 or 維基基地, 维基数据库, and so on) but I think this is the best one.

Thanks for your message, VIGNERON. By the way, 维基数据库 is the Simplified Chinese version of 維基資料庫, and I have added it as an alias in this item.
