History of Art[edit]
@Infovarius: As far as I can see musicology is not a subclass of history of art, as several subdisciplines of musicology do not study history of music. The intersection of musicology and history of art is Q10590700 (history of music). -- Dr.üsenfieber (talk) 23:01, 23 May 2016 (UTC)
- Ah, there is an old problem with history of art (Q50641): it is a mix of "history of art" and "theory of art" ("art studies"?). It should be divided. --Infovarius (talk) 16:14, 24 May 2016 (UTC)
music as academic discipline (Q65007448)[edit]
I added music (Q65007448) (academic discipline) as a superclass, but maybe it should be even merged. There are more than 250 links to music (Q65007448), some of them academic papers linking to it via main subject (P921) which should probably use music (Q638). What do you think? - Valentina.Anitnelav (talk) 09:33, 7 December 2022 (UTC)
