Got stuff around this bloke to work through. (recent author addition at enWS). I think that we have a situation of John Storer MD. > father of Rev. John Storer, > grandfather of George Storer.
The link bio on the obverse for some claims is http://www.nottshistory.org.uk/monographs/mellors1924/medicalmen.htm and the early parts align with the work, then it moves into the last components where the son is cited as w:George Storer who at the is cited as son of Rev. John (Hawksworth) Storer. The research appears wrong. — billinghurst sDrewth 00:01, 27 September 2018 (UTC)
Family history research states that both John Storers died in 1837.

You uploaded the image, and clearly is MD from this source and every mention in the work https://archive.org/stream/historyofnotting00russiala#page/25/mode/1up/search/storer says MD/FRS etc.
This bloke is FRS 1816, and alive 1820s, otherwise still digging and will put that research to enWS author talk page.
Rev.
[edit]John Hawksworth Storer
- Birth of son John Storer, c. 1782 per s:Page:Alumni Oxoniensis (1715-1886) volume 4.djvu/143, cited as being son of John (doctor)
Politician
[edit]- George cited born 1814, which is better with a Rev., b. 1782, than an MD born 1740s
