This item is a mess[edit]
In some languages, the term mentioned or corresponding in Wikipedia means a state official, in some languages the term means all kinds of officials, incuding those in private employment. There should be some kind of redefinition and perhaps reorganization in two different items. Also, relations with "civil servants (Q58891819)" should be clarified, it is currently defined as "instance of: economic concept" and has nothing to do with this item here. --Ehitaja (talk) 20:46, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
