@ Egermundson: I'm curious, why did you put an instance of (P31) when it was a subclass? --Antoine2711 (talk) 22:30, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Antoine2711! Subclass of theatrical occupation (Q15839299) was wrong because a stage actor is a kind of person not an occupation. Now if you look at theatrical occupation (Q15839299) you will find that it has an unfortunate mix of incoming instance of (P31) links (eg from make-up artist (Q935666), wardrobe master (Q7969198)) and subclass of (P279) links (eg from stagehand (Q2328828), theatre manager (Q1776724)), even both types of links in at least one case (from make-up artist (Q935666))! Typical wikidata mess. Egermundson (talk) 05:09, 22 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

label in French[edit]

In application of Wikidata:Requests for comment/Gender neutral labels for occupations and positions in French, label in French should now include male and female forms (acteur ou actrice de théâtre). PAC2 (talk) 06:51, 29 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
