Definition formula
[edit]@Toni 001: is this new non-descriptive formula true? Unfortunately you refer to commercial standard and pay-wall doesn't allow to check it. But previous formula was more logical and descriptive. Infovarius (talk) 10:51, 11 May 2023 (UTC)
- The source IEC 80000-6:2022 Quantities and units — Part 6: Electromagnetism (Q117847945) states about voltage / electric tension: "for a conductor, ... quantity given by the electric potential difference ... between two points and respectively" Toni 001 (talk) 05:48, 12 May 2023 (UTC)
- I moved the circuit theory definition to a new item voltage (Q118309876) and restored the formula for the more general case. Toni 001 (talk) 06:39, 12 May 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks, this seems to be better solution. --Infovarius (talk) 18:45, 13 May 2023 (UTC)
