I don't know why https://www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1095417 lists this church as a cathedral. It's certainly not the cathedral of the diocese of Portsmouth to which it belongs. Maybe it was intended as a cathedral for that new diocese in the 19th century, but the see eventually was in Portsmouth from the beginning. Anyway, I removed the "cathedral" from our Wikidata entry until we know more. --Anvilaquarius (talk) 09:37, 20 September 2017 (UTC)
