Confusion entre le bâtiment et son (ancien) occupant

Cet élément confond actuellement le bâtiment et l'entreprise du même nom. Cela pose quelque problème - chacun ayant des informations propres (un bâtiment à une localisation et un identifiant Mérimée là où une organisation à un siège et un numéro SIREN) - il faudrait scinder l'élément en deux (et les relier entre-eux évidemment). Par contre, pour certaines données ce n'est pas clair, en particulier : lequel des deux faut-il garder relier à l'article Wikipédia ? Je suis preneur de toute suggestion.
