en ver bellow: pl: W polskojezyczniej wersji wiki jest podana bezpieczna dawka glifosfatu na poziomie 2g/kg (!) https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glifosat - powinno byc 0.2 mg/kg en: on pl version wiki on "glifosfat" (https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glifosat) secure dose is 2g/kg, it's mistake should be 0.2mg/kg

So this is a problem of pl.wiki article, not an item in Wikidata. These are two different projects with different rules etc., so please report it in the proper project. Wostr (talk) 00:28, 14 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Glyphosate as carcinogen

[edit]

I have removed glyphosate as a carcinogen. The source for this claim was OEHHA, witch use IARC as a source. It is true, that glyphosate is in group 2a "Probably carcinogenic to humans", but so are also red meat, hot beverages (65 °C or hotter), emissions from frying food, night shift work, DDT and acrylamide. Whilst all tobaco smoke, all alcoholic beverages, wood dust, leather dust, processed meat, silica dust, ionizing radiation (included UV-radiation in sunlight), aflatoxines (a tgroup of toxines in some types of mould) and TC-ρ-DD (a dioxine that is produced from burning in low temperatures as cigarettes and moist wood) are in group 1 "Carcinogenic to humans". So I find it very pseudo scientific, to put it like glyphosate are one of the problematic carcinogens. And also OEHHA is a bad source. Amdb73 (talk) 17:24, 11 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
