At STP ammonia is a gas. I qualified that here:

Hi YellowCakeUranium, I deleted this statement, because it was correct neither before nor after your edit (but from technical point of view). phase of matter (P515) is a qualifier, so it should be used only with other properties (i.e. it is used to indicate in which state something was measured, e.g. density of a substance); it shouldn't be used alone, without any other physical parameter.
