El Caro, I assume you refer to phrase "fals dolmen" on Catalan Wikipedia, meaning it isn't really a dolmen? In infobox of this article and in two databases referred under external links it's still classified as a dolmen, though. Then maybe the statement can be used with some qualifer like nature of statement (P5102): disputed (Q18912752).
