subject separation[edit]
An act can be a crime, but it doesn't get converted into a criminal charge until a case is brought (for these crimes, in a court such as the ICJ or ICC). As such, I have made the separate item atrocity crime (Q124389696) to try to compartment the concepts but I need help making the distinction more legible.
