Warning : A big mistake on wikidata : Yasovarman I[edit]

The image placed here, without title, suggests that we have the portrait of the king Yasovarman. Which is a mistake, since the engraving represents the so-called statue of the "Leper King" (the source of which should be named ("Travel to the kingdoms of Siam, Cambodia, Laos and other central parts of Indo-China: relation taken from the author's diary and correspondence "/ Henri Mouhot (1826-1861) page 202) this author and discoverer of Angkor Wat identified him with the founder of the city, Yasovarman. But since this early date the community Scientist agrees that this is a representation of the god Yama, the one who judges the dead. This image is therefore inappropriate, especially without a precise title and commentary. A better reproduction of the engraving exists : File: Mouhot - Voyage in the kingdoms of Siam, Cambodia, Laos and other central parts of Indo-China, ed. Lanoye, 1868, plate 23.jpg, reference: : /12148/bpt6k1025086s/f265.item. An old photograph exists on this site: File: Angkor Leper-King.jpg. Finally, no image of Yasovarman is currently known.
