@Arch2all: in what way are these statements "still applicable to general Futuro entry" really? This item is for type of building (class item), not for individual buildings of this class. If data about different individual buildings in dumped in one item then it's a mess as we can't really tell which data is about which subject. Statements that you restored now were moved to items of relevant individual buildings (Q110952717, Q110952777, Q110952738), as you can see from page history. 2001:7D0:81DA:F780:57E:8609:C327:7459 15:05, 19 February 2022 (UTC)
- The wikidata entity (and the related wikipedia entries) are about the whole set of existing Futuro buildings. You can create separate wikidata items for some of these structures, but please keep the location info for all still in the main entry (except if you create for every! - Set of existing Futuro buildings? Sorry, but this is by no means evident. None of attached Wikipedia articles is defined as such really. For instance, in English Wikipedia it's defined as just a house, but not a concrete one nor as a limited group of houses. What you suggest is pretty much the same as is to amend class item building (Q41176) and add addresses and other data about all buildings that are without separate items there. Also, even if the item was about set of buildings, then it's still a mess to dump data about individual set members into one item.
- Neither do I think we can justify misuse of this property with the sole fact that items about all individual Futoro buildings don't exist yet. As you insist this data should be added, then I think it's your responsibility to find proper item(s) for it. Also, please note that data about every individual Futuro house necessarily doesn't belong to Wikidata, as these may not be notable (see WD:N).
- You now (re)added P31=<building subclass> statement in addition to P279=<building subclass> statement. This is wrong as no item can be at the same time an instance and a subclass of the same class.
