"Scientific literature" does not work well. It does not include "wissenschaftliche" only "natural sciences", — as it is presently put in the Description. I think the english description should be charged. What is "naukowa", "científica", "Наукова публікація". Are the refering to natural science or science incorporating social science, etc. See also discussion in Talk:Q5633421. — Finn Årup Nielsen (fnielsen) (talk) 08:37, 2 July 2015 (UTC)
"natural sciences" needs to be dropped[edit]
The definition includes "...original empirical and theoretical work in the natural sciences" which clearly is narrower than "scientific literature" unless we are limiting the topic to the 19th century and earlier. At the least I would suggest cutting off the definition after "theoretical work". Also, there is scientific literature like review articles that have nothing original to them. I presume that these would be considered academic articles but not scientific? Kcoyle (talk) 18:40, 25 November 2018 (UTC)
