Two Ursulas
[edit]The Ursula who married Ernest Schwerin was Ursula Catherine Tarnowski, born in Berlin in 1924 and emigrated to the US. She was not a nurse but initially a dental hygienist who continued her education and eventually became president of New York City Technical College. I think this Ursula Elizabeth Johanna is somebody entirely different but if she also married a Schwerin that would be truly amazing! 32.220.241.239 14:25, 4 August 2024 (UTC)

- Ursula Catherine Tarnowski (Q59152486) (1924-1996), daughter of Max Tarnowski (1887-?) and Hedwig C. Goldmann (1885-?). She married Ernest Herbert Paul Schwerin (1919-2010) on 3 February 1948 in Manhattan, New York City, New York. See: Commons:Category:Ursula Catherine Tarnowski for her biography.
- Ursula Elizabeth Johanna Schwerin (Q59277857) (1925-2018), daughter of Hans Schwerin (1878-1945) and Eva Amalie Rutkowski (1887-1990). She was a Kindertransport child transported to England and from there she migrated to the United States. If I remember correctly he took the place of another family member who's parents changed their mind at the last minute. She married Dr. Lee.
