Languages[edit]
I have removed the claim "official langage: Russian". The only mention of language of the OSCE is in the charter of Paris, and it says "Participants are encouraged to circulate written contributions on the subjects for consideration in one or more of the working languages of the CSCE prior to the Meeting through the Executive Secretary". I guess it means English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian (the languages the charter were written in) but I am not sure. Also they do not seem to be "official" language so we would need a qualifier to make things more precise. --Zolo (talk) 07:57, 25 May 2013 (UTC)
