Hi @Juancroro:, I've seen that you have changed the labels of this legislature. I do not see that the new terminology (in English or Spanish) is used in any scientific literature (or anywhere else). While parts of the cortes might represent local administration, it is not limited to it. The former terminology focussed on the its political system.
