Image seal property[edit]

Commons:File:EU Council Flag.png is clearly not a seal. It is rather one part of the organisation's logo, as opposed to the European flag. - Ssolbergj (talk) 18:26, 17 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Member States List[edit]

The official site is here: http://hub.coe.int/. Is it acceptable to add this as a source for the countries listed as members (due to inclusion in 47 Countries list)? What's the correct Property for doing so? I'm new to WikiData, so forgive me if this is a silly question

Adding a gender-sensitive title to the infobox?[edit]

Hi fellow Wikpedians or editors, I write seeking your help on how to correct an error in the infobox for the French version of the article on the Council of Europe, here... https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conseil_de_l%27Europe

The title of one of the main personalities listed in the infobox is "Président" (referring to Liliane Maury Pasquier who is the current President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. However, as this is the French version of the article and the title refers to a woman, the correct title should of course be the feminine form, "Présidente". However, I seem unable to modify the relevant value to add the all-important "e" - even using the "personalised value" function. Would one of you, more familiar with infoboxes and how they import Wikidata in different languages, be able to help? Or indeed, to simply correct this anomaly? Ideally, of course, the value should be modified so that when future (male) presidents are elected to this post, there is a possibility to switch the title back to the male form.

With thanks for your assistance, GAKM (14 February 2019)
