Dialects[edit]
@Tacsipacsi: I won't insist but the event which divided all Hungarian native speakers into different countries thus starting to develop new dialects... I suppose is important for the language history. --Infovarius (talk) 20:55, 13 July 2019 (UTC)
- @Infovarius: I have no idea what you’re talking about. Could you please tell a bit more, e.g. with links? —Tacsipacsi (talk) 10:48, 14 July 2019 (UTC)
- I am not an expert, and it's just a hypothesis. I am talking about Székelys (Q147540) (with their Székely dialect (Q3483062)) and Csángós (Q855178) (with their Csángó (Q1178505)) which were together with other Hungarians (Q133032) before the aforementioned event. --Infovarius (talk) 08:55, 15 July 2019 (UTC)
- @Infovarius: I still don’t know why have you pinged me. By the way, the Székelys were a separate nation (rendi nemzet) already in the Principality of Transylvania (Q655621), so the separation begun much earlier (although I don’t know whether it already affected the language). —Tacsipacsi (talk) 13:15, 21 July 2019 (UTC)
