This template needs to be fixed it currently says on German "with Botflag" but it has to say "mit Botflag". --Sk!d (talk) 18:18, 3 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Is fixed now. --Bene* (talk) 12:24, 4 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Contribs == Control ?![edit]

I'm confused as to why the second item says 'Control its work.' but links to the contribs page. Shouldn't it say something like 'View contributions'? Wolfgang42 (talk) 02:27, 19 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

No, that's right so. You should control the bot's work by looking at it's contributions. Do you understand? --Bene* (talk) 17:12, 19 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I think there's a bit of a language difference. German kontrollieren translates to English monitor. Perhaps it should say 'Monitor its work'? Wolfgang42 (talk) 19:13, 19 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I changed the Text on Template:Bot/text. --Sk!d (talk) 01:06, 20 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The text on the main template still reads 'Control'. This seems to have something to do with the translation system (the text on Template:Bot/text/en is still 'Control'), but I don't know enough about how the translation system works to fix it. Category[edit]

It seems like the categorization is not correct. If you use {{bot|operator|flag=without}}, the user page is categoriezed in Category:Bots with botflag. --Ameisenigel (talk) 09:58, 29 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

License field not displayed[edit]

The "license" parameter is currently not displayed by the template for whatever reason, even if filled with a proper value (see User:MsynBot, User:DeltaBot for example). I'm not able to figure out where or when this went wrong, so can please someone with more template coding experience have a look? Thanks, MisterSynergy (talk) 15:43, 4 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
