Get rid of Commons-specific stuff[edit]

{{Editprotected}}

Please sync this sandbox edit to get rid of useless Commons-specific stuff and make red links blue. Thanks in advance, —Tacsipacsi (talk) 22:09, 23 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Hazard-SJ: Oh, I somehow forgot one more COM:P link. Can you please make this change live as well? Anyways, thanks for fulfilling the original edit request! —Tacsipacsi (talk) 23:26, 18 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Tacsipacsi: Done - no problem! Some things are still a little broken (specifically talking about seeing {{{1}}} instead of "page"/"template"/...) because {{Namespace}} is different here than it is on Commons. I can look into a solution another time when I get the chance. Hazard-SJ (talk) 04:59, 19 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Hazard-SJ: Thanks! I know repurposing is strictly forbidden on Wikidata, but this prohibition probably doesn’t apply for templates ;), so I just changed the template to do something similar to the Commons one. Of course, all usage of the former version had to be removed beforehand, but that was literally one place, which hadn’t even became more complicated because of the substitution. —Tacsipacsi (talk) 21:19, 19 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I think that's reasonable; thanks for looking into that, and this template as a whole! Hazard-SJ (talk) 04:15, 22 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
