:s:Martyrdom of Polycarp is a Versions page, please review s:WS:Versions, s:WS:Wikidata, and Wikidata:Wikisource/How to help before reverting my fixes to these items ~~~~

Actually is a disambguation. In this momnent you can find it in this page position 785, Maybe it have a wrong template? In wikidata we can't mix disambiguation with other type of item because is a problem.
That page lists both Versions pages and also Disambiguation pages. This is because Versions pages also contain the <code>__DISAMBIG__</code> tag. Despite that, and as I said before, Versions pages are handled differently than Disambiguation pages, and the Versions page in question (and all other versions pages) should be linked to the WD object for the work per se as per the existing consensus and practice on both Wikidata and Wikisource. If you disagree with this consensus, perhaps you should raise this objection at s:WS:Scriptorium.
I think that is better delete __DISAMBIG__
from template "Translations". It's a no sense and it is "dangerous" for wikidata. There are BOTs that read all disambiguation page and add instance of (P31)=Wikimedia disambiguation page (Q4167410) to the item, so we can find (for example) item with instance of (P31)=book (Q571) AND instance of (P31)=Wikimedia disambiguation page (Q4167410) and this situation is totally inaccettable also because there are other BOT's that add in all item with instance of (P31)=Wikimedia disambiguation page (Q4167410) standard label and descriptions in a hundred of different language and I don't think that is correct add "Wikimedia disambiguation page" like description in an item about a book.
I have created a proposal at s:WS:Scriptorium#Remove DISAMBIG tag from Versions and Translations header templates . I think that your proposal will be successful. Please be aware that in the meantime, any bot that links a Versions or Translations page to a P31=Q4167410 object is doing so contrary to current practice, and that this behaviour is incorrect.
Disambiguation are very particulary pages in Wikimedia, infact they are the only pages in ns0 that have a special word and the software manage them in special manner. Wikidata follow this concept, you can find the guideline about how manage the disambiguation pages in wikidata here and here
Those pages refer to the practice on Wikipedia, not on Wikisource. I encourage you to contribute the discussion on Wikisource to change our practice on Wikisource to align with those at Wikipedia.
I have also just posted on Wikidata talk:WikiProject Disambiguation pages#Versions and Translations pages to remind that project of the correct handling of Versions and Translations pages on Wikisource.
FYI, the Versions page at :s:Martyrdom of Polycarp has been moved to :s:Martyrdom of Polycarp (2nd century) to make room for a new Disambig page. I have updated the two Wikidata objects accordingly. Note that BOTH pages will continue to have the __DISAMBIG__ tag unless the proposal at s:WS:Scriptorium succeeds. Beleg Tâl (talk) 13:24, 15 November 2018 (UTC)
