Thanks. User JSON subpages are automatically protected without an option to unprotect them, so that only their owner, admins and interface admins can modify them. You can move the page to Wikidata namespace if you want it to be freely editable.

@Pasleim: Seems that the additional protection on these pages is irrelevant, just like the fact that they don't have .json extension.
