Paid editing and conflict of interest[edit]
I am a librarian at the Université Laval Library. I sometimes make contributions, during my working hours, on topics related to the institution, its library, its professors, its researchers as well as about various aspects of the campus. I am making this disclosure because I understand that this borders on paid editing. However, these contributions are on my own initiative and are not explicitly requested from my superiors (I would refuse any explicit request). These contributions are improvements in the spirit of the project and not for the promotion of the establishment. So I don't see any conflicts of interest.
