Hello everyone!

I am a third-year Ph.D. candidate in Management Engineering[1] at Politecnico di Milano at Politecnico di Milano[2], where I previously studied Mathematical Engineering[3].

I am currently focusing on writing my Ph.D. dissertation, that is expected to be a collection of four papers lying at the intersection of Mathematics, Digital Accounting and Public Management. Specifically, I am researching on how to employ online user-generated texts, as for instance online reviews, as tools for performance management of public institutions. Through my research, I would like to support public institutions in evaluating and measuring performances taking into account of users’ opinions.

Italian is my mother tongue, I am fluent in English and I am currently studying German and Spanish.
