Hello

Is it possible that you check my Arabic transliteration of Open Live Writer in the alias field of that item? For the second time in the past, it has been removed without an explanation and I fear I might have messed up with my Arabic writing. (Unfortunately, deletion is what vandals do as well and I can never be certain.)

Thanks in advance.

Hey,

The transliteration you entered in the alias field is okay but I have modified it into more accurate one.(there isn't any rules for transliteration in Arabic so one can never be correct or incorrect) Please let me know if you ever need any further help with Arabic.

Hi.

Why is the Arabic form ويندوز سيرفر? Shouldn't it be ويندوز سِرور?

عمرو (talkcontribs)

Hello.

No, it shouldn't the letter ف is pronounced as V or F. The letter و is pronounced W. I think it may be correct in Urdu to call it سِرور but defiantly NOT in Arabic.
