Request reason:
Following up to this. It is not appropriate procedure to contest a declined deletion on the admin's talk page as they did not make the comments I was wanting explained. The deletion request is the place to do that and this block is preventing me from pursuing that. It is not edit warring as claimed. It is pursuing a legitimate issue with multiple people.
Decline reason:
I'm declining this too as niether you understand the reason for block nor you convinced me that you will not repeat same edits for which you are blocked. ‐‐1997kB (talk) 07:38, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:
I do understand the reason for the block and I maintain that it was wrong. I need a fuller explanation as to why it was wrong to restore a deletion request that was removed without proper and adequate reasons, and an expectation that I address just one person when a bunch of them needed to explain themselves. What is wrong with that? It's not edit warring to correct mistakes made by people, and they are doing the wrong thing. How else am I expected to address the untruths told by those outside of those who declined the deletion request, and lied in the process leading to the wrong decision.
Decline reason:
