I highly doubt a /40 block affects every single AT&T customer in North America. The have 2600:300::/24 so it's only a tiny portion of it. A /40 in my experience is part of a city.
I'm tired of cleaning up the mess. Maybe someone else does feel like it. I'll leave it up to some other admin to decide. Multichill (talk) 18:33, 19 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Note that this block will not affect logged-in users, so if you already have an account, you should use that instead. Bovlb (talk) 22:23, 19 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. Such an IP address can be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user and feel that irrelevant comments have been directed at you, please create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users.
