IATA-code

When you created Koroway Batu Airport (Q112310292) and Bomakia Airport (Q112302576) you gave both the same IATA airport code (P238). Isn't the IATA code unique for each airport? Maundwiki (talk) 19:39, 23 June 2023 (UTC)

Honestly, I didn't realize it, and and as far as I remember, most of those items were added based on this. It seems like they should have unique codes.

But in that source, there are a few airports that have the same IATA code listed(1,2), I'm not sure why. Mutumanikam (talk) 08:19, 24 June 2023 (UTC)

According to this there may be IATA duplicates. BXG is according to IATA Bendigo flight aware has it as both Bendigo Airport (Bendigo, Victoria) BXG and Burke County Airport (Waynesboro, GA) BXG with diffrent ICAO codes. Maundwiki (talk) 12:19, 24 June 2023 (UTC)
