我改了一下脚本，现在zh:Template:PRC admin/data里的“断链”数据页面（某data页面存在，但在上级的list中没有它）在创建时会在断链处的Property:P150的statement上添加Property:P582的reference，因为推测是由于zhwiki上的用户因发现区划不再存在而从list中把下级区划移除（如合并）。现在的问题是，由“断链”数据页面本身创建的item本身是否应该加上Property:P582的statement？Liangent (talk) 14:16, 9 September 2013 (UTC)

I have noticed that most of your proposals don't have any examples: e.g. Wikidata:Property_proposal/Space#Observed_separation_.28en.29. In fact, requests from non-admin users are accepted at the talk page. Again, those advanced works make deletion job smoother and more efficient, so you would get results more quickly and admins could spend more time for admin actions rather than making movelinks requests that you can do. I think it makes sense, but if you don't want to do it, you do not need to do.

@Multichill: I noticed there're no criterion for speedy deletion to delete user pages of nonexistent user in nlwiki and there're no speedy deletion policy in Wikidata. So I will be more careful to mark pages for deletion.

In Chinese and English Wikipedia user page of nonexistent user can be deleted even though there're a global account (see [2] as an example). I marked pages for deletion only if it meet both criteria for speedy deletion in enwiki and in zhwiki. I am not understanding the edits that you have undertaken her to make these changes. The deletion discussion that I have seen ((just no)w says that the property was kept, and yet you have made changes without reference to a discussion to explain the change that you have made. In fact, your change is contrary to violation report in place to ensure that this property is used, and one which I have been quietly working through a set of edits and fixes. I have had a bit of a growl at the circumstance, and the process and am not able to make sense of the outcome.
