Thanks, I always forget about this one :D
Hi, Auguste Flandrin is born in 1804, so he cannot be awarded Prix de Rome in 1752. Besides, he never got that prize. Thank you. Cordially.
Okay, got that.
Why did you block me in eo-wiki? I have been blocked in en-wiki. But eo-wiki is not en-wiki, and my block is not global block. To apply a block of foreign wikipedia to eo-wiki is illegal block.
@Japan Football, I opened a discussuon in administrator's forum later and there was a consensus that we usually block sockpupets blocked in other wikis, if they come to eowiki.
To apply a block of foreign wikipedia to eo-wiki is illegal block. That consent is illegal.
Hello again, could you tag Wikidata:WikiProject Association football for translation? thanks.
@HakanIST, hi :) You are a canditate for TA and you have read all documentation, why you do not want to do it by your own? ;)
Thanks again for the support, I've made changes as you have suggested.
@HakanIST, done :)
Hello again, I've translated wikidata tours introduction and items tour, but text "Start this tutorial" isn't translated and tour never shows up in Turkish... Wikidata:Tours/tr
@HakanIST, hi again, my dear Turkic friend :) The tour itself can be translated on Wikidata:Tours/Statements. The button "Start this tutorial" can be translated on translatewiki.net as a part of interface, as I think.
Hello, I was working on translation Translations:Wikidata:Glossary/95/en of this page, there appears a link to non existing content, is it an error? it seems like a basic content to me.
@HakanIST, hm, seems to be working on Wikidata:Glossary. The $thing usually does not work in a separate units of the page, as in Translations:Wikidata:Glossary/95/en , but it works in a whole page. So, when you finish translating, it will be working in a whole page translated.
Hello, thank you for the offer to help, I'm no expert on the matter but I've read the guide available here and it suggests wrapping the whole content inside <translate>.
Hi!
Firstly, you forgot to add <languages /> at the beginning of the pages.
Secondly, we do not usually mark a whole text with one <translate>, when we have different paragraphs.
Try this:
<translate>
= Heading 1 =
Text text text.</translate>
<translate>
= Heading 2 =
Text text text. </translate>
@HakanIST, did you get this one? Use tags with every paragraph. Try to mark that page as I told, then should be fine :)
@Ochilov yes, sounds proper enough, I've changed it on the page https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Help:Description&diff=prev&oldid=282019436
@HakanIST, I finished the work on the page, you can see what I've corrected https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Help%3ADescription&type=revision&diff=282020207&oldid=282019436
I will give my vote for now, as you've got the process. Good luck :)
Reverted, see edit summary.
But I would argue in that discussion and I do think that the rules for multilangual wikis should not differ, at least for Content translation and localisation itself. That is my opinion.
@Matěj Suchánek, okay, thanks. I just corrected his tagging and did not know that the page is not allowed for Content translation :c
