I don't think there is something to discuss per Wikidata:Administrators'_noticeboard#Report_concerning_User:BILL1 but just in case pinging User:Jasper Deng--Estopedist1 (talk) 06:07, 7 October 2024 (UTC)

It doesn't really matter. The accounts were not publicly declared as required and the not-so-good history on the English Wikipedia means this was done under a cloud. In any case, they are locked, so this is a moot point.--Jasper Deng (talk) 06:27, 7 October 2024 (UTC)
