I was blocked on September 18, 2022 and the reason for that was Promotion-only account

I didn't make any promotional content I have added only some data about Q111783655

I didn't get paid for anything
I want to know more about this encyclopedia before doing anything
I need to know how it works and I need to read the guidelines

He was working at the same co-working space and asked me for a favor to make some edits to "Q111783655" to complete his page
I didn't thought that he is making any violations
and I don't like to continue with an account that has this negative feedback
So I need to delete this account

Sorry, I find your explanation to be implausible based on the technical evidence.
