Universal Monsters[edit]

Hi. I notice you reverted my edition. Might be because of lack of domain of Spanish. The article that should link correctly is "Monstruos clásicos" which is the one that in Spanish deals with the same subject as the other. Menawhile "Universo Cinemático de los Monstruos Clásicos" deal only with some of the movies of the franchise but not with the monsters themselves. --Dereck Camacho (talk) 21:43, 18 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Mmm sorry I think I had the wrong user. Very sorry, my mistake. --Dereck Camacho (talk) 21:44, 18 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Wikisource author images controlled from here[edit]

Hi. While we can force an image as you did at enWS, it is preferred that you force it from this end. For Alfred North Whitehead (Q183372) I have done it with this edit.  — billinghurst sDrewth 15:30, 28 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

OK. I'll try that next time. I'm glad you agree that's a better picture. Simon Peter Hughes (talk) 15:37, 28 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Mauprat[edit]

You merged an 1886 French edition of Mauprat (Q52388931) with a 1904 English translation Mauprat (Q52389291). These are different editions in different languages and should not be merged. Please do not merge editions in one language with translations in another language. --EncycloPetey (talk) 14:34, 19 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

All right. Got it. Simon Peter Hughes (talk) 02:07, 20 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Translation request[edit]

Hello.

Can you translate and upload en:Central Bank of Azerbaijan, en:Mountains of Azerbaijan, en:List of rivers of Azerbaijan and en:Azerbaijan State Symphony Orchestra in Esperanto Wikipedia? They certainly don't need to be long.

Yours sincerely, Sarvathi (talk) 12:21, 31 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

First Men in the Moon[edit]

The image you added was presumably a publisher's mark image on the cover that has nothing to do with the book's contents. There is an entire category of images from inside the book at Commons. I have added one of those. --EncycloPetey (talk) 16:15, 2 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

OK. Thank you for telling me. Simon Peter Hughes (talk) 09:24, 3 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Items that hold cats[edit]

Hi S. To Private Snafu (Q1141955) you added a WS category, I have moved that link to Category:Private Snafu (Q24898302). WS categories should only align with category items. For general items that are not categories the only wikis that align their categories are Wikinews, and sometimes Commons. Noting that for Commons that a Commons category preferentially aligns with a Category item if it exists, and if the category doesn't exist it can align with that more specific item. The giveaway is topic's main category (P910).  — billinghurst sDrewth 22:24, 7 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
