May 2020[edit]

Hello, I'm Andrei Stroe. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to Q652838 because it didn't appear constructive. Feel free to use the sandbox for test edits. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! 10:21, 26 May 2020 (UTC) —Andreitalk[reply]

Andrei Stroe, since when do cities have capitals? Super Dromaeosaurus (talk) 10:27, 26 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Since 1968, when the current administrative-territorial makeup in Romania was established: cities (Q640364), townships (Q16858213) and communes (Q659103) are all administrative-territorial units (Q697379), made up of constituent localities (Q15921247) and villages. Sometimes one, but more often several, of which one is the capital of the administrative-territorial entity. Text of the law with the definitions of these concepts (in Romanian) here. —Andreitalk 10:41, 26 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Andrei Stroe, I am confused here. I understand that the municipality may have a capital, but how is it possible that a city also has a capital? And isn't Q652838 supposed to refer to the city and not the municipality? Super Dromaeosaurus (talk) 11:05, 26 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
