- Since 1968, when the current administrative-territorial makeup in Romania was established: cities (Q640364), townships (Q16858213) and communes (Q659103) are all administrative-territorial units (Q697379), made up of constituent localities (Q15921247) and villages. Sometimes one, but more often several, of which one is the capital of the administrative-territorial entity.
