Hi, I noticed your edits on Category:Paper historians (Q31941203). I know the edits are well-intentioned, but just want to let you know that this is an item for category. Statements about the actual profession should not be added there. I have created paper historian (Q99127479), and linked it from Category:Paper historians (Q31941203) through category's main topic (P301). Thank you very much for the corrections. I will have to read more the help pages. I use Wikidata only to make the Commons categories complete. The main problem I have is that when a Wikipedia page has no link to a Commons category although there exits a Commons category, but that one is already used by a Wikipedia category. What I do in that case is to add {{Commonscat|Name of the category}}. On the page of the Commons category I add the links to the Wikipedia pages because it gives only the links to the Wikipedia categories. Is there a simple way to do that in Wikidata? Probably it will be mentioned somewhere in the Help pages. Wouterhagens (talk) 10:41, 10 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
FYI there are now 2 pages paper historian: paper historian (Q99127479) and paper historian (Q88283836). Wouterhagens (talk) 12:11, 10 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
