Flood flag

Hi, i need flood flag to change summary from шаблон Википедија on шаблон на Википедији because шаблон на Википедији is correct. I will tell when to it remove me.. You can give it on this account or on my bot account (he have not bot flag here). I request flood flag because i will not work ever here. Only when I have any mass. It's recommended to use Викимедија/Викимедији instead of Википедија/Википедији. --XXN, 11:30, 27 August 2017 (UTC)
