This .csv describes library systems (library network (Q26271642)). A high-quality example item, described by previous editions of this dataset, is Los Angeles Public Library (Q4817385). Another is Cleveland Public Library (Q5132215).

STABR	P131	this is overly broad, and many WD items that are described by previous versions of this dataset have more specific data in P131 already. gotta figure out how to overcome that.
LIBID	?	state library ID, sometimes identical to FSCSKEY (P6618). This is distinct from FSCSKEY for libraries in many states, but I don't see properties created for each individual state's ID system. For example, Charleston County Public Library System (Q69490344) is only described by P6618.
