Motivation

I propose adding an external ID for organizations listed on Finnish Service Catalogue (Q124117254) which is service catalogue under the Suomi.fi (Q18937073) online government portal. The organizations include public bodies (municipalities, regions, ministries, agencies, courts etc.) and some private organisations (like NGOs and companies) that provide public services in Finland. The organization ID enables imports of statements like website URLs, phone numbers, email addresses, VAT numbers and labels from the API to the corresponding Wikidata items. Under the organizations there are service channels which include things like individual hospitals and schools, and the database contains similar properties for them as well, but that requires a separate service channel ID which we might want to create in the future.
