Lisaan Masry Egyptian Arabic Dictionary (Q124630462) seems useful to link to Egyptian Arabic lexemes. It features definitions, grammatical details, a list of important word forms, usage examples, and pronunciation audios. There are also IDs for reverse entries which can be linked to English lexemes.
