Motivation[edit]
This new Wikidata property for authority control for people (Q19595382) – also a Wikidata property related to medicine (Q19887775) – will allow us to improve our coverage of healthcare in France (Q2745492). The website of the Conseil national de l'Ordre des médecins (Q2994406), which issues the ID, doesn't let one use it in URLs for navigational purposes. But other platforms do, such as unrelated Agenda.direct. We could thus set third-party formatter URL (P3303) to https://agenda.direct/rendez-vous/wd/wd/wd/$1 on the new property page to let people know that Brigitte Milhau (Q89811680), for instance, is actually described on this reachable webpage. Arrêté du 18 avril 2017 modifiant l'arrêté du 6 février 2009 modifié portant création d'un traitement de données à caractère personnel dénommé « Répertoire partagé des professionnels intervenant dans le système de santé » (RPPS) : 1. Données d'identification et d'identité de la personne : -un identifiant RPPS, unique et pérenne ; -noms de famille et d'usage, prénoms, civilité, date et lieu de naissance, date de décès ; -nationalité actuelle, date d'acquisition de cette nationalité.
