Motivation[edit]
The Women Film Pioneers Project (WFPP) is a "digital publication and resource that advances research on the hundreds of women who worked behind the scenes during the silent film era" hosted by Columbia University Libraries (Q5149897). Adding these linked identifiers to the WFPP will point to a scholarly resource information available about the women represented and thus supplement information already in Wikidata, Wikipedia, et al.
