- @Bossanoven: you've missed a lot of essential information. Of which the motivation, data type and example are the most important ones. But also planned use and source are important ones. - Comment wouldn't you want to specify the court that a case was tried in (which should then link to the state/nation etc. that is overall responsible)? Or perhaps the legal foundation of a conviction (i.e. a particular state law, etc)? What's prior art on modeling legal cases, do we have a wikiproject, related properties, etc.?
