Motivation
To describe a recently obtained breed or cultivar, we have to identify the obtainer, the date and place of obtention and mainly the parents of this new breed or cultivar (as for hybrids but breeds or cultivars cannot be assimilated to hybrids). A1AA1A (talk) 10:56, 3 March 2018 (UTC)

- Support Cultivars can come from spontaneous mutations and not necessarily from hybridization-- Could be useful for linking new cultivars of roses to old ones. Gtsulab (talk) 17:23, 30 April 2018 (UTC)

Not done. But I have implemented a name generalization in hybrid of (P1531) so it should now work on all of these domains (breed, cultivar, hybrid). --99of9 (talk) 01:53, 25 May 2018 (UTC)
