Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: I have been noticing patterns, they create new account everyday on wikidata and create new data pages of 'Imtiyaz Rasool' 'Sheikh Asif' 'Thames Infotech' Everyday with the same details, there is completely no notability and it all seems very promotional and spammy, kindly check and do the needful, also they are vandalising other kashmiri data items, so wanted to make sure this is not one person.
